Our clinical leadership
Victoria Sanchez, BCBA
Victoria has worked in the field since 2012 and earned her BCBA certification in 2019. She’s built her expertise across home, school, and clinic settings—which means she knows how to help skills transfer to the places your child actually needs them.
She specializes in assent-based, trauma-informed care for older children and adolescents, with a focus on life skills that create real independence. Victoria believes in strong collaboration with parents and providers because consistency across environments is what makes progress stick.
Her approach centers on Natural Environment Teaching (NET) and truly individualized treatment plans—not cookie-cutter programs, but plans built around your child’s unique needs and strengths.
