Our ABA Therapy Services in North Carolina
At Epic Minds, we offer a range of ABA therapy services, ensuring that your child gets the right care at the right time. Here's how we can help:
Autism Assessment & Diagnosis
Wondering if your child may have autism but don't know where to start? Before ABA therapy can begin, a formal diagnosis is required — and we know how long waitlists can be. Through our partnership with As You Are, North Carolina families can access virtual autism assessments and diagnosis with most evaluations scheduled within 2–3 weeks. Once your child receives their diagnosis, Epic Minds is ready to begin therapy planning straight away — no referrals, no delays, no repeating your story.
In-Home ABA Therapy
Our therapists come to your home to work with your child in a familiar and comfortable setting, ensuring a calm, focused environment for learning. In-home ABA therapy is ideal for families who prefer therapy in the comfort of their home and for children who thrive in familiar spaces.
Telehealth Services
In addition to in-person services, we offer telehealth therapy to meet the needs of families who may not have access to in-person sessions. Through virtual platforms, our Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) provide guidance, coaching, and training to parents and caregivers, ensuring your child’s therapy continues to progress no matter the location.
School Collaboration
We collaborate with schools and educators to ensure your child receives consistent support both at home and in the classroom. Through school collaboration, we work together to create individualized plans that support your child’s learning environment and educational goals.
Parent & Caregiver Training
We believe in empowering parents and caregivers with the tools and strategies they need to support their child’s progress. Our parent and caregiver training helps you learn effective behavior strategies and provides ongoing support to create consistency across environments.
Insurance Support
Navigating insurance coverage can be overwhelming. At Epic Minds, we work directly with your insurance provider, including Medicaid and major insurers, to ensure you get the coverage you need. Our team handles the paperwork and approvals, so you can focus on your child's progress.
